Consultant in Finance at SJR

As an economist at our client, a larger company in central Uppsala, you will work with accounts receivable together with a wonderful and cheerful team! This is a longer consulting assignment where you will be employed by us at SJR as one of our valued consultants. With us at SJR, you will have a secure employment as a consultant, and this would be your first assignment (you will of course find out which company it is during our first contact).

Responsibilities

Your main focus will be on debt collection and claims management. You will have daily communication with customers in both Swedish and English as many customers are international. Additionally, other tasks within accounts receivable and assisting via phone and email are included.

Tasks:

• Claims management
• Sending reminders
• Contact with debt collection
• Contact with customers
• Payments
• Invoicing
• Reconciliations

Suitable Background

We prefer that you have some form of post-secondary education in finance or equivalent work experience. You need to have prior experience working as a finance assistant and an understanding of accounting, as well as good system knowledge, preferably experience from a larger financial system.

Personal Qualities

In your role, you need to be meticulous, structured, and enjoy having a lot to do. As a person, you are service-oriented, communicative, and driven. You are unafraid and used to engaging in dialogue with customers. Furthermore, you take your own initiatives, always wanting to improve your work processes and the processes you work in. The position is available as soon as possible.
